Παρότι δεν συνηθίζω να κάθομαι στη μπάρα (συνήθως ψάχνω κάποιο τραπεζάκι), ήμουν τελικά τυχερή να βρω ένα ωραίο σκαμπό (με πλάτη) στην πιο λιγοσύχναστη πλαϊνή πλευρά του μπαρ, από όπου μπορούσα να εποπτεύω όλη την κίνηση του μαγαζιού και κυρίως να παρακολουθώ (με τεράστιο ενδιαφέρον) τη γλυκιά και σοβαρή bartender.
